Welcome to the Final post of this season as SS take on MP in the Finals of GIT season 1.

SS have had a roller coaster ride but have got to the finals and are looking good in my view to win this but as are there opponents MP! Players like Nish and Nick are the important players for SS whereas MP will rely on Jordy and Chris to pick up the wins for them.

This will be as close as MP's victory over Freedom 2 weeks ago! If all the right players show then SS should have the edge in my view. MP are WPC Champs and will want to add GIT to there 2 WPC Victories!

Straight Shots have the MLP Championship in the bag and will be looking to add GIT to the pot this is the season where SS grab ANOTHER championship!

Playoffs

So after a long 14 week season, GIT has gone brilliantly and to my surprise not many complaints either! The 4 lucky teams that have made the playoffs are Freedom (Number 1 seed), Straight Shots (Number 2 seed), Extreme Pool Competitors (Number 3 seed) and Magic Pool (Number 4 seed). Congratulations to those 4 teams and commiserations to the other 4 that didn't make it this season and they were Sexy Poolerz, Ultimate Outlaw, Brit Pool and Money In The Bank. Without you this interleague would not have completed so we thank all of the 8 teams. So much like the way Mr. Predictor did his Predictions I will put key players and the players that should take on the 3 wild cards. So lets look at the matches and the key for each match.

Freedom vs Magic Pool

Key Players:

Freedom:

Corey - Corey is a must in this competition. He brings good play and thinking to the table and is a very experienced player.

Craig - When Craig shows and is not bitching about losing a pool match or bitching at me because I don't deserve a place on the team, he is very, very important to the team and will need to have his 'A' game tonight.

Petey - Captain Marvelous in GIT will really need to make sure he has his game on him tonight, if he can show the fight like he has all season then WOW this will be some performance!

Wild card Man:

Jason (Me) - Yes I name myself and I am not going to go back on it either, I have been the wild card King this season. 7 out of 7 is awesome results for me and if you take into account i am 1-5 in reg 8 you can tell that this wildcard is good to me!

Magic Pool:

Anil - Ok his stats are nto as good as others but he has been in a WS final in MLP and a WPC Wold Cup Final and knows all about it so his experience will be vital in this case.

Chris - The Captain is one of MP's most important players and will need to really lead from the front to get ANYTHING out of this game. If he does then the rest will follow, expect himself to go up against me to get revenge on the wildcard match earlier this season.

Jordy (Wild Card)- This guy is the KEY for MP and Chris will look to probably use him to clinch with both chances Jordy gets this evening. If the Jordy who is unstoppable shows up then FR will lose two games. This is the Bank 8/q lp one too.

The Prediction!

This will either be a blow out or a very tight close match and will come down to how the likes of Craig, Ash and Jason is used for Freedom and how Jordy, Chris and Anil is used for MP. If all three end up facing each other that will be where the match is won or lost. The way the matches have gone between these two in the past would give MP the edge but this season FR have really found a gear this season and that will see FR through!

Nick_18_ - What a season this guy has had! I think he had a shot at MVP and might just have got it. He is key for this sort of match as the rest will feed off him and really show SS are a force to be reckoned with.

SailDude (Wild card too) - This is another player who this season has came on leaps and bounds. He is one that will shock whoever he plays and EPC had sure better watch out for him!

Nullified - Shannon I think his name is and what a player he can be. If Shannon shows up and is on the sort of form he has been lately this is a big threesome EPC must handle.

Extreme Pool Competitors:

Ben, James and Stephen:

These three get the mention together because there all X8B players but playing in EPC in GIT because they are not in the GIT as X8B and they are the 3 best players in EPC this season without doubt and probably the only reason that EPC could beat SS!

The Prediction!

This match is tough to call because SS have been the form team in the second half of the season and would really be the team to follow to go all the way but in EPC they have been there all season and must also fancy there chances. Jack wants this more than anything but I am the one that said SS wasn't taking this competition seriously enough and I would like to say im sorry and I will back SS to take this too!

Week 14

First of all sorry for the lack of preds the last couple of weeks, but with a certain woman coming into the country you can understand why :D.

This is the last week of competitive action and it all looks like it will be out of FR, MP, SS and EPC for the title. The only team that could upset these 4 are SP who need a win and they play MP so if they do win I think MP would be out.

FR have been atop of the standings all season and will want to head into the playoffs with that Number 1 seed. MP should be safe as I am sure they will win there last natch of the season, but they could still lose and go through at the expense of 4th placed team EPC. SS are safely into the playoffs like FR are.

Lets look at the matches this week.

Brit Pool vs Extreme Pool Competitors

A nothing match? Just try telling that to BP who are enjoying playing spoiler but would sure wish they were one of the 5 teams left going for the playoffs. EPC need this win as SP dont lose out on playoff spots very often, having said that Jack and his team have it in there own hands. Brit Pool though know what its like to win and this is a winnable match but with the team Jack has I think they have no chance.

Money In The Bank vs Freedom

Oh how petey would have wished this was a Home match, as Jason (yes me) has not lost a bank the 8 / q lp all season. This match will be close because MIB are playing spoiler again and Freedom will need to make sure everyone is on there game because MIB are starting to get some very, very good players in other inter leagues now. FR need the likes of Petey, Corey and Myself to be on there game, if we are then its going to be number 1 seed to FR.

Straight Shots vs Ultimate Outlaws

This match is big because a SS wina nd results going there way would mean SS take the Championship, and after the first 3 or 4 weeks where people were suggesting SS wasn't taking it very seriously, Nigel could go and say there you go stick that in your pipe and smoke it! UO want revenge and have been on a good run lately but with reports of upset in there own league what sort of position player wise will they be in?

Shock Special
Magic Pool vs Sexy Poolerz

Sooo if SP win 5-0 then MP are out. This is not going to well but this is my shock prediction that after this long season MP MISSES out on the playoffs and SP show with 5 strong players and blank MP. This is my most controversial prediction yet but it will happen it hink. SP are going to be so pumped up for this after MP beat them int he WPC finals it will be fascinating.

Ultimate Outlaws vs Brit Pool

So BP are now officially out of the race for the playoffs but UO certainly are not! If they can win big today and a few teams slip up they are right back in with a chance. Brit Pool can only play spoiler for the rest of the season now and I am sure they will do just that! If UO show with there strongest 6 though this will be over early.

Freedom vs Sexy Poolerz

This was a cracking match up earlier in the season with FR coming out on top. SP are on a big losing streak at the moment in GIT and will need some big improvements in there team this week. IF SP show and want to win I think they might but FR have this momentum in GIT at the moment and that shout JUST see them through.

EPC vs Magic Pool

Again another match up that could go either way. EPC are surprising but then look at Magic Pool at the moment! Finals of WPC and starting to go like a train again and who can go against that momentum? Not Me! Jack has a big mountain to get anything out of this game and I think Chris will lead MP to a great victory.

MIB vs Straight Shots

This again is MIB possibly playing Spoiler! SS are a team that should make the playoffs but they are deceptable to losing a match they shouldnt really lose and for me this is one of them! MIB are improving and improving quick they have pommy for some Interleagues but is GIT one? We will see but they will shock SS!

Week 10

BP vs SS

This is a very interesting match with SS moving in the right direction, while BP are most definitely moving in the wrong one at the moment. If SS show like they have been the last couple of weeks, then this will be a no contest, however I feel with BP needing to produce a big performance it might well be this week. Either way who ever wins this will look good for getting a playoff birth.

MP vs MIB

Again a shock could be on the cards here as MIB are Active and have a lot of cam players now, but MP, a team who wiped XP off in WPC 4-0 are also a team on a big roll at the moment. They will want to win for Jane but can they win I dont know. MIB will cause the shock this week.

SP vs EPC

Both No Showed last week and this will be the match of the week, whoever wins can then start to persue FR who are top of the tree, and they dont look like there being caught soon. SP are the better team!

UO vs FR

This should be a washout, last time these two met I made the shot of the season. This week should go the same way as the last time. UO can pull it off but they dont have the players to compete with what pete has been bringing this season!

Welcome To Week 9

Welcome to Week 9 of GIT and this week looks very interesting. So lets get right into it.

FR vs BP

Well with all the controversy over these two teams it was appropriate that they play each other! Petey has kept everything in check some how and BP's only problem is Drew but that will be put all in the past today as BP look to improve there chances of a playoff position while FR look for a win that will cement there status as favourites for GIT Season ONE!

EPC vs UO

Another interesting match and although I hate UO, they are picking it up and EPC are maybe just starting to slack off a little. If both teams show with there main teams then this will be a good match up. It all depends on who shows and what there form is like but I will go for a big Upset this week.

MIB vs SP

Again this is a big upset bound match up. MIB have picked up Pommy so I have heard and will need all the experiance and players he can bring along as I see MIB only improving again this week against a SP team who hardly showed at all last week, I beleive it was a blip but it will all change this week.

SS vs MP

This is match of the week as SS bounce back with some fine results and will wanna keep it going against a MP team who have lost Steve to SS and MP wont forget that and they will be after blood, if thats the case there only going to be one winner this week of that one!

Brit Pool vs Magic Pool

This could either be a blow out or one of the closest matches of the season. BP are a ticking time bomb just waiting to kick back into form. The thing is in MP they are up against one of the toughest in GIT this season. Steve is back and WANTING to play pool again and Chris is a great leader and captain. I aint saying Trey or Jan aint but Chris really knows how to get the best out of his team. If BP can show and put there dodgy form of late behind them then they will have a chance but no days its very very rare MP show and are not in form!

Sexy Poolerz vs Straight Shots

Wow how SS have improved by beating UO convincingly last week. They will need that good form here as slowly they start to become proper Playoff contenders. SP however are always always going to do well against any team int his and realistically should win the whole thing. But they can be beaten (as FR showed this season) and SS will need to draw on the experience of some of there players to prove they can hack it in GIT with the big boys.

Ultimate Outlaws vs Money In The Bank

This is a make or break game for both of these teams. UO suffered a big loss to SS last week and will look to bounce back against MIB here who themselves think they should be doing better. They have been on the receiving end of some tight 3-2 losses. This makes this match even more important as if MIB can just break through with that win against a team like UO who they should be looking to beat then they can kick on and look at the playoffs maybe!

Brit Pool vs Sexy Poolerz

What a match to start the predictions off on. SP are doing good but was on the losing end of the match for the first time last week. This week they will be looking to catch BP who themselves are just picking up the form again on a off day. BP will no doubt bring a stacked team to contend with a SP team who in my view are still favourites.

Magic Pool vs Ultimate Outlaws

Well all of the Bots threat from UO makes me laugh. They dont scare me. MP though are in form in this and will take some beating. The slump will continue for them today and UO will lose big style.

Straight Shots vs Freedom

This will so obviously be Me vs Kev after everything that has happened! SS are a good talented squad but for some reason theres a few people (Kev and possably Shane) who are not what SS would usually go for. FR are a good team in GIT and Petey is 4-0 but is not around today and Ash will captain. Craig is under investigation by a lot of people with Java Aimergate. This will be interesting as he apparently used it on FR for X8B. We will see how that one goes.... This isn't for the faint hearted this week.

Money In The Bank vs Elite Pool Competitors

This is the Match of The Week in my view and the shock of the week. MIB will take all the beating after they won against SS in UIC yesterday. EPC Capt Jack won't like the prediction but MIB for me are going to really come out firing and EPC wont win here sorry Jack.

This should be a easy match for BP as they start some sort of revival. MIB ran them close in IPA and this will be no different but Trey has a array of talent that can see BP past MIB.

EPC vs SS

This again could be some match up aslong as SS show up to take it seriously. Jack has a team that can compete week in, week out and will look to pull out a big win against SS here. However I think it will go the other way and SS will pull out a surprise shock win.

FR vs MP

This match will be close and is the match of the week. MP have been awesome this season but then again so has FR. IF FR show with there biggest intent yet on winning then they will, but MP are a good compact little team with Chris leading from the front. It will be close.

Well on Cam SP rule. UO have a massive task of beating htem espeicially with players leaving faster that I can write predictions. If SP show like normal they will win this with ease.

Week 4

So week 4 comes around and after 3 very tight matches last week and a complete wipe this week is going be be good.

Magic Pool played Money In The Bank and this was a wierd match as MP had a game DQed, then reinstated then Dqed, you get the picture lol. They eventually got to keep the win. weather i agree with it or not is besides the point. They were the better team and deserved the victory.

Straight Shots lost again, I really dont think Nigel is take this Interleague very seriously, which for SS surprises me as usually anything Nigel enters, he enters with the intention of winning but it seems like he doesn't care if he wins or loses(No doubt he will come to me and disagree). Brit Pool the victors are just starting to get there rythm back at just the right time with WPC and IPA coming to a close and not too late to launch a attack on GIT.

EPC lost a narrow match to SP who surprised me by joining this but they will be all out ot win it and ofcourse its all cam so they are my favourites, EPC will be there at the end of the season no doubt and will just have to say that they lost tot he favourites.

Freedom played UO and what was billed to be tight, really wasnt as FR steam rollered UO 5-0 and I got my revenge on all of UO by making the siccest bank in the lp wildcard match which made me sooo happy :D. For My Best Friends its back the the drawing board.

The Predictions

Brit Pool vs My Best Friends

This is going to be pretty interesting with MBF losing 5-0 last week and BP winning. BP are approaching some sort of form and with UO not performing too well this has the making of another huge loss if BP show up on form witht he likes of Drew, Trey, Bev, Alex and more. It really is a great squad they have and lets hope they porform to there best.

Sexy Poolerz vs Freedom

So Freedom won 5-0 vs UO last week and SP won 3-2 but its a win this week sees the match of the week right here. The thing is SP really do excel in all cam Interleagues. If they show with the A team which unfortunatly includes Ketan then they have a chance of winning this match which I think they will. Freedom need there form from last week not there UIC form.

Magic Pool vs Extreme Pool Competitors

This is the other big match of this week and will MP be able to defeat a EPC side who are flying in IPA and GIT? With the talent Jack has in his armory this will be so tight and close I wouldnt liek to call it. MP are in some form of there own at the moment they can almost single handedly defeat any team at this moment in time. If that happens then bring on the big boys.

SS need to pick it up and fast. It is so unlike Nigel to just enter Interleagues for the hell of it. They must have a goal usually to atleast make the playoffs! If MIB use there head they couls steal a wina nd that will be what I plump for. I think SS will show light again and MIB will steal a victory.

Straight Shots vs Brit Pool

So Straight Shots are acting like htis is not competetive this season as they had there asses handed to them against MP last week and with some members withdrawing and rejoining in certain leagues making sure players are eligable is very important. BP lost 4-2 in IPA and 5-0 in UIC is this a sign of things to come? The important thing is they get back to winning ways and quick!

MIB suffered last week against Sexy Poolerz only 3-2 because they out performed themsleves the difference is that they won't be able to contend with MP here. Magic Pool are on form big style and will take the win.

Interesting match up here as SP don't like Jack (from the rumours I have heard) and they will throw the preverbial kitchen sink at EPC here and with SP definately going to take the spoils in my view. A) It is all cam! And SP seem to excel in All Cam. B) They have the better players in my view. Also Jack dont yim me telling me I am a bad predictor or Wrong thanks.

So the final match and FR this week have had a very good weekend! UO are still assholes in my view(if one predictor can slag off my Interleague, I see it as fair game). FR have the better players and if they bring there 'A' game and perform to the best this will be a easy win, If they dont then UO COULD(but prolly not) do something.

Welcome to week 2 of GIT and I am sorry I didnt do any preds last week because I decided late to blog GIT.

Brit Pool vs Freedom

Well, Well, Well this is going to be interesting as Brit Pool look to live up to the good things people have been saying(except Pommy who can sometimes be a retard). They are flying high in IPA and doing well in WPC and in GIT they look to show Freedom(my team) they mean buisness. But Freedom have some good shooters in Adam, Corey and Petey. But with the likes of Ash away and the interesting issue with Craig, like where would he go and will he be allowed to move teams? This match has all the makings of a classic.

Ultimate Outlaws vs Extreme Pool Competitors

So I have read Mr. P's preds and thought to myself was MIB talented or talentless? I am not saying they are crap because on the contary there not but last week was not one of the good days. UO struck it lucky and although the odd player played well this week will be a lot more difficult because EPC are going places in IPA and in GIT. They players who dont usually play like X8B players jumping over to play for Jack in IPA and GIT. This week will be interesting and I would watch but we all know what UO think of me....

Sexy Poolerz vs Money In The Bank

WOW, when I heard SP were in this I thought no way! But being all cam and how well they are doing in WPC and how well they did in MLP Fives these are now my new favourites and just when MIB thought it couldnt get any worse it just did as SP are going to steam roller most the competition this season. MIB have a chance, no chance! If the right SP show up each week they are going to win this hands down.

Magic Pool vs Straight Shots

The match of the week as MP who I predicted to lose last week actually won vs Brit Pool. Chris has got his team firing on all cylinders this season and Nigel has got SS going too and although they have lost Craig because he was being a douche bag Nigel has a big enough squad of players to do something against mp and I am in 2 minds here as MP could beat SS but I feel the strength in depth for SS could prevail. I am one for the under dog but I just see SS edging this one.
